No, I have never stolen stamps.
There was never an opportunity, I guess..
People here don't collect stamps anymore, so if they have stamps they don't need and you ask for them, you get it fo free.

R u interested in exchanging your duplicate stamps with mine, no catalogue, simple stamsp for a stamp on 1-1 basis. By the way where r u from??

I am always interested in exchanging my duplicates, but I had a bad experience in exchanging stamps over great distances, with a fellow American citizen of yours. I don't even know if the stamp I sent him reached him...It may not be his fault...I really don't trust the postal services in my country, Romania.

Do you really mean steal like taking without asking for permission? Lol, I can't see why you would have to steal them bcauz wouldn't they give them to you if you just asked? lol
