I have actually drank vinegar for 18 months and believe that it has helped breakdown the uric acid crystals in my big toe, allowing me to recover the freedom of movement, which i lost for 15 years, due to uric acid attack. Yet I have no scientific proof.

Aloe drinking vinegar for immediate detoxing
Quack doctor!do you call that a respone, you then have a lot to learn about vinegar, my dear friend, a product that as been around for 5,000 years, must work don't you think? and since the roman legionaires where drinking vinegar, then i would think it is the longest surviving beverage in the market place, although drinking vinegar is not availabe in every Country, yet, my guess is that ist soon will be.
