Inspiration from success stories!

I feel inspired whenever I learn about some success stories. I feel very motivated at that moment. Recently in a TV interview I find Mr. Amitava Bacchan was telling that you must have believe in yourself. If you do something well results are bound to come. I also get inspiration from success stories of my students and friends. Is it natural or am I getting just flooded?
