Do a search for "marzipan". It is worth your time. Really. What do you think of these?

They are really beautiful
I like they way they carve it into small shapes, animals and stuff
In Italy particularly in Palermo marzipan is often shaped and painted with food colorings to resemble fruit Frutta martorana ,especially during the Christmas season.
