how can you get rid of flakes?

i have been in this new country and i never had flakes ever but when i arrived here, it all came! flakes - or dandrufs - have been present in all my three months here. what to do? i have tried anti-dandruff shampoos and even lemon.. but they are still there. help!

It may not be dandruf, it may be just dry or irritated skin. They should have a different shampoo for that.
I have gotten really dry skin on my scalp as well. None of the dandruf shampoos have helped. my boyfriend bought a shampoo for dry skin a few days ago at our local pharmacy. Is seems to help a little bit. The lady at the pharmazy said that if this did not help i would need to talk to my physician aboy this.
