what is the best pimple medication?

i never had such bad problems with pimples but now, it seems that the stress of being in a new place is just getting into me. i have these pimples for the past three years leaving these ugly marks. can you give me good advice on these? any tips on how to take off ugly pimple marks? thanks!

Have you tried diamond peeling? I tried it before as per my dermatologist's recommendation and it did work--smaller pores, smoother skin, lighter marks. I was told you had to undergo around 10 sessions though, before you achieve the desired results, but nonetheless, I had around 3 and it was good enough.
Otherwise you could also try whitening products, I guess, just make sure they're safe and approved by the BFAD.

I don't know how much the procedure costs in other places but here in the Phils., a session can go from 25-50 US dollars, depending on where you go (dermatologist, skin clinics, etc.)
