I have recently streaked my hair. How should I maintain them?

I got my hair streaked in different shades. Now, my worry is what regime should I follow to take care of my hair. I have always had lovely normal- silky hair. Now, after streaking I think that they are appearing rough. I will appreciate if someone can let me know what shampoo and conditioner I should use. I am adviced to use Lo'real shampoo for colored hair. Is oiling required as well. Please suggest the routine and products I should invest in to take care of my hair.
