Chutney (Dip) -a lipsmacking delight

Crush corriander leaves with a few garlic cloves,one or two green chillies,lime juice and salt into a thin paste.
Use it as a dip with french fries,cheese fingers or any snack of your choice.
Taste it once and you will always thank me for sharing this tasty bliss.

Do you know the recipe for "imli chutney" too?
I just love imli chutneys!I think we soak imlis overnight and then next day sueeze it off without the seed.Only the pulp remains behind.I am not really sure,was just making speculations though!I love chutney with samosas!YUMMMY!!!!

i almost make it with same recipie i also put cumin seeds and salt to taste but i dont add lime juice... hmm will try it that way too.

Yummy..... Even as i am reading my mouth is waatering and i feel like eating something. I know about the chutney even before reading your article because my mom makes good chutney just by the same method you had said. She adds coconut gratings also into it. I know how great it tastes. I will right away go home and make some chutney.
