Tip 2
Your home is full of exercise equipment that won't cost you a penny. Here are six common household items that can enhance your workout: Broomstick. Use it to stretch your chest, shoulders and hamstrings. Stairs. Tighten up those calf muscles! Detergent bottles. Once empty, they can become terrific light weights for the beginning exerciser.
A sturdy chair. Who needs a fancy machine for triceps dips?
A tennis ball. Why buy a hand-strengthener when you can build up your forearm and grip strength simply by squeezing a tennis ball?

I love your tips, I actually do all on your list except the tennis ball, never thought of that. Also in place of detergant bottle you can fill empty milk containers with water and use those, or if a weakling soup or veggie cans are great.
