I prefer carpets because they are nicer to walk on, but it's definitely a chore when it comes to vacuuming.

we're remodeling and tomorrow is going to pick out the carpet day. but......i am also refinishng the stairwell and hallway down to it's natural wood. so..i don't know. i do prefer carpet in th bedroom, it's cozy...
