--I dont buy any more products that are overly packaged and this saves on extra garbage.
--Use less water (turn off when I brush my teeth, short showers, and set the shower on a lower flow)
--begining to xeriscaping (where we landscape with native plants, hence less water maintenance)
--contacting my local city for a free energy audit. Most cities offer this for free.
--changing the lightbulbs to energy efficient ones.
--Stop using chemical cleaners, and replaced them with earth-friendly ones.
--Stop accepting grocery bags at the store.
--use more re-usable tupperware to pack lunches rather than plastic bags.
There's more, but i can't think of them right now.
What's great is that this is ALSO REALLY saving us money on our bills!!!

Ecologically friendly? I cut the little plastic wrappers that come with Sunkist soda. I also recycle. I strongly believe that we need to do this. I also cut back on keeping on lights. I don't unnecessarily run water when brushing my teeth.

I am not that much environment friendly.
I still cant stop the usage of the plastic bags which are more convenient than the recycleable paper bags.
But you are doing a good deal of things.
I will also try to follow them.
