What should be the minimum balence in paypal account?

I want to transfer my money to my friend. Can I transfer the complete balance available in my account? Does anybody know the exact rule?

you should be able to transfer all the money. there is no minimum balance. But is your friend has a personnal account with paypal he may has some limits (receiving money from credit card for exemple)
