I enjoy potatoes cooked in a variety of ways. In fact I don't think there are any ways that I don't like them. Some of my favorites are mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, potato soup, and many more. How do you like your potatoes? Do you have any new and different ways to serve them that I might not have tried? I would love to hear about them.

I like to peel them and cut them up into small cubes. And then wrap them in aluminum foil with some onions and a big pat of butter. Then I sprinkle it with McCormicks Steak Grill seasoning (though my husband prefers his without, and I have experimented with other seasonings, this just happens to be my favorite) Then grill it for about 20 minutes or so, flipping it fairly often. They come out soft and the onions and seasoning flavors cook in nicely. If you dont have a grill, I would imagine the oven would work just as well. When I bring them in, sometimes I top it with a little shredded cheese, and sometimes I dont, it just kind of depends on my mood. Either way, its pretty yummy.

Wow, we just had a barbeque last night and I was saying that I wished I knew how to cook potatoes on the grill so that they would come out good. These sound like just what I was looking for. Thanks!

I got this recipe from my sister. Its really good and not that hard to make. Have you had potatoes this way before? 1 pound pkg. frozen hash browns, 1/2 cup butter-melted, 1 - 16 OZ. French onion dip, 1 can broccoli & cheese soup, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 8 OZ. shredded sharp cheddar cheese Mix butter, dip, soup, onion and cheese, stir in frozen hash browns. spread evenly into a 9" X 13" pan, Bake at 350 for 2 hours or until golden brown.
