Do you return to page one after posting a reply?

It really is most frustrating when this happens. I wish that it would just let you go on the the next response. With each page I read each response and rate each one. If I find one that I want to comment on I will wait until all are rated. But, still having to go back to that page and finding the next response is frustrating to have to do it repeatedly.

I do the same. I was reading your discussion about Grandmas cures and every time it sent me to page one. That is why I started this discussions.I also get it in others but this one was 6 pages. I usually read most of the replies if I really like them. Sometimes i forget what page I am on and I need the 'rated' to tell where I have been.LOL +

It always does that for me, but it's not that big of a deal right? Usually I just press "last" and it's fine.

It isn't to big a deal but if you have dial-up it can be aggravating when you have a long discussion you really want to read all of. As we are suppose to read all of the responses, I like to read quite a few before posting so I know what is going on before I post my reply. I tend to use the next button more. +

Yes, this is a problem with the MyLot system. Once you have posted a reply it should go to the page your reply is on but it doesn't always. When you post a comment it is very annoying that it doesn't return to the place the comment is on.
I would also like it to be possible to jump to the place where the 'Best Response' is located when I am looking at discussions.

It is probably not as aggravating for the ones that just post to post, but I like to read all the replies and I comment several times on some. I think maybe it is just one way to slow us down and waste time so we can not make as much?!
I think oldbuddy had a good idea and I try to remember to open a new tab for the reply, but often forget. I rate each as I go so that helps me know where I have been, but lately if I close a discussion then go back, They are all unrated again and I do not know I where I have been

Mine does this on occasion too. I think it's when there are other people answering the same discussion at the same time as we are. It's just a glitch I think, but it is rather annoying as I usually check my post to make sure it's there and occasionally to check my post count.

It usually happens when I post a comment on a reply. Some with a lot of answers, like the one that started this discussion, 6 pages! I read through all of it and posted several comments and my reply as well and it would go back to the first page every time. It got bothersome after a while and I wanted to see if it was just me. I had not seen a discussion about it. It is good to know it is not me! +

Yes,it happens to me,too. If it's on the last page where I commented to a response ,then it's easier to get there, but not when it's somewhere in between.I ,too, like old buddy's solution of opening up a new window and getting back there to refresh to check our response ,once we are done.I am on broadband ,but have many pages from different sites open in the same window (firefox). That sometimes slows the connection.

I've noticed this when responding to someone else's respons, otherwise it usually goes to the page where I put my responce (except when it moves on to the next page for my response, I am then sent to the previous page).
I don't think it causes me too much trouble once I understand what exactly is happening.
