Hi! I'm sure that eating fish during pregnancy is a good thing to do, but pregnant women should be careful. I didn't eat any fish when I was pregnant because of the mercury content. Sometimes it can be too high to be safe. I would suggest consulting a doctor or a nutritionist to find out safe portions of fish to eat during pregnancy. :-)

LOL I read yours after I posted mine.....It's true though!!! Think my dr advised me to only eat 1 or 2 cans a week of tuna fish.

But, you have to be careful of what kind of fish you eat. Some fish have a higher mercury content then others, which isn't good for the mother or the baby. Like tuna fish, the better quality albacore has higher mercury then the regular cheaper cans of tuna fish. If you're pregnant, you're best bet is to talk to your dr. about it.

its true that fish can make unborn child smarter . females eating fish during pregnancy have more brainy children as compared to others. no i m a pure vegetarian but i completely agree to what you have written. i hope kids are born with good brains without adding any fishy content into them. lol.
