My 1996 Plymouth Neon is reading a code "52"

I have a trouble code that's reading a rich fuel/air ratio. I have recently replaced the two oxygen sensors, fuel filter, air filter and spark plugs, yet I continue to get this "code 52". From a glance the spark plug wires appear to be in good condition and the ignition coil has been replaced with one from a '97 Neon. Often, I have to give the accelerator pedal a slight push while turning the ignition in order to start the car. If I don't start the car this way, it only tends to idle sluggishly. I also noticed that my car lacks pick-up power on hills or has trouble just getting "up-to-speed" after waiting at the traffic lights. Could this be a fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator problem? If so, will a computer scan pick up on this?
