if we were able to remote view or remote influence someone, be it through ELF or through your own energy fields would it be morally right, or are you crossing the limits of people's privacy? If ELF is now used to create army robots (through canceling any emotions they possess) for military purposes why cant we use subjective communication for scientific studies like talking to animals or anything else. What if a person's energy fields gives the ability to subconciously be in touch with everyone he looks at or listens to unconditionally, can he be blamed for knowing what goes in someone's mind or body, or is considered a gift as he could help others in someway or another without being asked for?

i don't think so. 'cause it's invasion of one's privacy. i don't think it's a good idea to read other people's thoughts cause you must have respect on what they are thinking and feeling, it's their right. if you wanna know what they're thinking, better ask politely and if they don't say yes, respect it the way you wanted to respect too

In a subconscious level you dont ask, you just know. Its like saying I will breathe all day long, you cant because you just do it
