By how you'll get paid if you mean how they're going to send payments, they use paypal.

There are several ways with which you can get paid.You can earn while uploading images,starting discussions,responding to them,get as amy referrals as you can.

heh, i read the FAQ, but these two questions u ask couldn't find'em there... i would like to know that, too...
