How do you deal your stress?

Every person experience stress-young,old,adult,mother,CEO,vendor and etc. It's a part of our life and without stress, life wouldn't exist.However, stress could be harmful if we don't know how to handle them. Some people resort to suicide, some take it seriously that they acquire diseases because of it. Since stress unavoidable, we have no choice but to deal with our stress. Every person has it's own way to reduce stress. As for me, I eat crunchy chocolates or anything sweet to lessen my burden and I'm aware that it doesn't lead to a healthy life. Sometimes, I hum or sing to myself until I sing myself to sleep, but subject of stress appears in my dream so I end up meeting my stress in my sleep that it almost give me a heart attack. So, I avoid sleeping while I'm stressed. If I sing, I shouldn't let myself drowse. Sometimes, I listen to music and breathe, I find it helpful.So people, share you method in coping stress.

I do yoga and meditation to deal with stress.. A walk by the beach or a long drive also helps me to cope with stres..

Yeah, I've done a little of Yoga before. It's very refreshing and I like the shouting part that is said to release bad energy out from the body. However, I quit because it's too expensive and I can't afford it. I've also research on doing yoga at home but it won't work in my situation since I'm struggling with the noise pollution in my place. When I was in the middle of meditation, there were always disturbance.
