I can't open some sites from my computer?Please help

for the past few months i can open a site and thats too from my computer only. Its an important site for me i though in the beginning that it was the site server problem but later on i realized that it was from my computer only..I get the message that the page cannot be displayed. Please help me am very weak in computer stuffs. Thanks

I have similar problems as well with opening sites and sometimes it has to do with the sites server and the other reason because of a persons firewall and internet settings. You may want to check your browser settings and firewall settings to make sure the sites are not being prevented from being displayed.
