I want to buy a new Dog for my house. I am a little bit confused about the good bread of Dogs. For my house which bread of dog should I buy. Some one suggested me "Golden Retriever" will be best. Any more suggestions?

I would prefer a golden retriever but I think i depends on the person. some people like more the black retriever. but I do like more the golden one.

Goldens are great dogs (I had two) but be careful becasue they need tons of exercise!!! If not, they become destructive and hard to keep.

Which dog is the best breed for your house really depends upon a lot of things. How much time do you have to spend with the dog? Do you have young children in the home? How much time do you want to spend on grooming? How much room do you have for the dog to exercise? Do you have previous experience with dogs? Golden Retrievers are excellent family dogs, and great with kids. Very even-tempered but can be rowdy, especially when they are young. They are good watch dogs, and seldom react aggressively unless the owner is physically threatened. But they do require a lot of grooming to keep their coat healthy and from shedding all over the place!

Golden retriever is great, and also labrador because they are friendly especially with kids. They are intelligent and loyal.

Goldens are GREAT DOGS! I have one and would have gotten another if not for the space constraint. Labradors are equally great dogs. Both are very patient and kind and there is absolutely no aggression in them (though I have come across one before). Between Golden and labradors, Golden is much heavier in weight although they may be round about the same size. not sure why. As such, they are very prone to hip dylexia, so you really have to give them good joint supplement. Goldens tend to put on weight easily, so, you have to give them plenty of exercise. My Golden is not very active, quite relaxed and though playful, but very manageable.
