How often do you update...

I've mostly updated my interests by adding an interest when I get done replying to a topic of someone else's, and it asks me if I want to add the interest that the topic was created in. Only a few times have I actually gone into my interest page and added things that way, and that was mostly because I wanted to start a topic on a certain interest that I didn't yet have listed under my own interests, like when I started one about a duck a long time ago and I didn't have 'ducks' as one of my interests.

In all honesty I think I have updated my lists no mor ethan twice since I joined back in October, I don't personally think it makes any difference, well not to me and I never bother with them. It might do for others, and if you want t start a new discussion you'd put in under the relevant interest, but again I haven't figured out whether that makes an difference to start a new discussion under your interests or not.

It's not really a matter of updating, but when I answer a question that has a topic that I should have added I add it. I have, on occasion updated and added a new topic so I could write about it; but that's about it. I know that I should go in and change my age, but I'm putting that one off ~Donna

I would only need to update my interests if I found I'd started a new interest surely .. can't update if there's no change in the things I am interested in .. and my interests haven't really changed for the last 10 years or so .. Must admit I do add other folks interests though .. you know when you geyt that annoying page that asks if you want to add a new interest .. after getting the same interest appearing a dozen or so times I simply give up and add it just to stop the page popping up all the time ..

I go back and update and change things every week or so. I didn't do a great job at the beginning and there are still blanks. It's hard to come up with the whole kit and caboodle at one time. Or at least it was for me. I need to think about it and take my time.

I've done a bit of updating but to be honest i work and finding time to do everything is a bit of a nightmare lol

Hi ya, hope you are ok today! I have never bothered to do this, I just seem to collect them. I usually stick to my friends discussions and don't often go into discussions through my interests so it doesn't really affect me.

If I come up with something new I'm thinking about I will update or if something I answer has some interest that really does spark my interest. For the most part it's not often that I make changes.
