Is your husband working abroad?How can you manage your life being away from him?

My husband is working abroad for the support of our family.We have only one child.I always feel sad and of course lonely,i always said to myself that "huh!this is life!he has to do this for our future especially to our son!"everyone wants the best for his kids,that is why with all the sacrifice,i can bear it.I am praying that someday our family will stay together for the rest of our lives.

Just keep the faith. Don't think of your hubby always. It's a good thing that we have technology like the internet so you can email him, chat, see him on webcam and even voice chat or by using VOIP. It's hard for me back then when this technology was not born yet. I think I'm gonna lose my mind because of homesick. Just keep on communicating with your hubby.

O bless you, sahira. It must be hard on you, but I know some people who's in the same situation as you. They get used to it by the day, though they wouldn't like the idea of being 'separated' because of the spouse's job.

Thats really sad to know.. hope u get to stay together soon.
I am not married yet, but right now on business trip and staying away from my loved one.It is very difficult for me to stay away from her and even more difficult for her. But its ok, because its just for a couple of months after which i will be back with her...
If ur husband is away on long term , u should suggest him to take u and ur son with him...

yes we are planning to go there in the country he worked for but you know we have to undergo long process and it takes time.It is not difficult to be a mother and at same time playing the role of a father..he signed a contract of two years,so long time to wait for his vacation.that's life!

well i aint married yet... but my boyfriend is working abroad!!
so i gues si can understand ur situation a lot!!
but since my guy is a sweetheart, he calls me about 2 or 3 times a week!
and he comes online sometimes.... and i call him once or twice a month.... unlike u, we dont have a family to worry about!!
