Which is the best method of shopping?

There are three modes of payment for the bills. We can give cheques(i dont think the shopowner will accept our cheque!), or we can give hotcash or we can use our debit card or credit card. Which do you think is the most advantageous and what are the disadvantages in each mode of payment? Which would you recommend to other mylot users?
