Grey's anatomy unbelivable?

Okay, I will admit that I really enjoy watching this show. However, it is much different than other medical shows, such as House, in that so many of the medical plots are extremely unbelievable. For example, Izzy screwing holes in that guys head. Yeah, that never would have worked in real life. And I bet Meredith won't die on Thursday either
