Mother welfare leave for working women?

If you do job and you would be mother within two weeks how much days you get mother welfare leave from office? In our country in Government office 4 months and in other office and industry 3 months with full pay. What is the rule in your country and how you can take such leave?

Wow three or four months is pretty nice.Where is this at? Here in the US it is about six weeks or so. I think it is alittle short.

It is in Asian country Bangladesh and though here women think they are depriving for many facilities and freedom!

Well, I don't know much about that because when I got pregnant with my daughter, I had to quit because I was at risk very early on. So, I never had to find out how that all work out.
