i look for a real work through the internet, with a good salary and real site, or how i can do outsouecing?
i think the indian has an experiance in this field, please anyone has an experiance tell me

The best I could tell you would be do a search and then check them out anything that wants you to pay them to send you the stuff to get started is usually a scam so you have to be very careful on things like this there are dollar shops you can start there is smc all you can really do is check everything out before getting involved.Good luck in your search
