I missed it.

This last episode was the first time the series delved into the demonic stuff. Harry felt a spark of affection for a troubled woman who hires him to find her friend and wants to save her from demonic leanings. Her boyfriend has become a hellion in service to a demon, Cerotta, and actually was trying to transform himself back to mortal so he could be with the girl. Harry misreads the situation and thinks that the guy is trying to bring the girl over to the hellspawn side. Bob corrects this misunderstanding and they do the ritual to convert him back. The break the "Chain of Sin" just as the demon shows up. The demon uses a flame gout to destroy who he thinks is the escaped hellion, but it is actually just Bob looking like the Hellion. Morgan, the warden of Chicago for the White Council come with Cerotta and witnesses his supposed willful destruction of a mortal, which may have complications for this demon later. Once the demon leaves Morgan takes the Former Hellion and his girlfriend into the Wizard's witness protection program and all is right again. Harry brings Murphy a slice of key lime pie and skillfully evades her questions about what actually happened. I hope that helps.
