How can I track download number of my contents which I provide on my site?

Yeah, I have a site where I provide free 3gp-video to my visitors.All my pages are in .html format and hosted in a free server.But my problem is that I can't figure out that how many times a perticular file was downloaded from my site.I want to know which file is populer on my site and which one getting highest hit.Can any one here give me a proper solution of my problem please.Thanks for reading this request.Help me...
