sounds like a heater core to me. The same thing happened to me and I had antifreeze sloshing all over the floor on the passenger side. I couldn't afford to have it fixed so I never had a heater in that car again.

This means that your heater core is gone. You can get that fixed but that is gone cost. Maybe this is the time to get rid of it and get another. Or get someone that works on cars on the side to fix it. What kind of car is it?

Is the heater working like it use to? It most likely is the heater core. It is expensive and a lot of older cars are laid to rest over this.

That sounds aweful, I hope you can get it resolved. I would suggest getting a new car because once coolant starts leaking in one place it leaks every place.
