Has anyone ever got a parking ticket?

I have just received two of them in my whole lifetime. One was for parking after hours. I didn't think it was any harm as it was parked beside roadworks and nobody could drive there. The second was for over staying the time while I was parked outside the library. I got too involved in reading the books so I forgot about the time. Thankfully there was no tow trucks around at the time.
