It depends on the conditions of the clothes, if its ok, safe and clean then its ok to wear.
u should check it out very clearly abt its quality.
though i haver tried it but my frnds used these clothes

I just buy what I like.. used or not
I have found some of the cutest skits in thrift shops, that I have never seen in a clothing store... Shopping is great, sometimes it is good to explore
