Gilmore 2008?

Fmr Governor of Virginia has announced his intentions to run for President. Thoughts? Gilmore has announced himself to be a Reagan Conservative, however, when he left office in Virginia he had a mounting deficit and was fighting with the Republicans. He promises to run as a tax-cutting candidate who is strong on national security.
