Started Smoking Since She Left!

u gotta make urself busy, if u want to stop smoking and not think of ur gf. idk but u must keeps ur hands busy and ur mind busy. thats kinda what i did when my long time bf left me for a younger girl. but i didn't smoke that much becuse i hated the smoke and everyone i hung out with, they smoked too and i felt a part of something when i did it around them. i think u gotta ask urself this: y are u really doing this? smell ur fingers, look at the bottom of the ciggerate see how browm/black it is...imagine how ur lungs look. there is this comercial on tv. its of a man connected to wires and machines keeping him alive becasue he stopped smoking. he started when he was a boy and stopped 40 yrs later and ended upp needing help to breath. that could be u if u dont stop now. i dont know u but i would sure hate to say goodbye

hi! i feel bad for you. but don't let yourself become more miserable by smoking. instead, do some good things like keeping yourself busy, engage in sports or other activities. i think that can help. in time, you'll recover. good luck and don't let that stop you from loving again. :)

Dear friend, If you smoke today tomorrow you may get a life taking attack. Why should you make yourself die for the sake of someone who do not love and like you. I do not know what the actual problems is. But my suggestion is go future be a successful man and show that to her, so that she may feel that she had left a valuable thing from her life. I feel this resplendence could be better gift for her....
