What would your reaction be if your favorite celebrity showed up at your door?

How would you react if this happened to you? Would you pass out to the ground? Would you hug and kiss them like crazy? Would you ask them for their autograph? Or would you do something else other than the ones above? Why would you react that way?

Because I've been around pro athletes somewhat I'm not one to oogle and get all crazy. If someone I admired showed up at my door I'd probably be a bit stunned but then hug them and say "come on in" like I would any friend. I've truly met some of the greatest celebrities I've ever wanted to meet in my life and they've been pretty down to earth "real people.

I am probably the dullest person when it comes to celebrities.. The only shows I watch are in the evenings ..they are some of the reality shows..and if you asked me who the stars were ..I could not tell you.. So if a celebrity came to my door..I probably not even reconize them.. I work much and watch very little tv:(+

It's an interesting discussion. I answer your question out of my imagination. I will feel very surprised and happy to meet them, and have a homely talk with them. I will respect them very much, but that's all I can do,for they are mostly real men like us .

After opening the door and overcoming the shock, I would have to invite George Clooney in for a coffee, hopefully a witty and interesting caht and then ask him to stay for dinner.

I actually agree with your posting..I don't know the celebrities..but..as you say ..they are human like we are.. The only difference between us and them ..is their choice of work..Our work is no less important than theirs..Theirs is in the lime light ..ours is not...They are paid so much more..we are not..I think I would be more excited to see someone less important.+

I was in show business when I was younger. So, they don't impress me much. I feel that they are just like you and me. So, I would treat them as I would treat any friend that came to my door. I would invite them in, and offer them a something to eat or drink. I would not get crazy and kiss or hug them. I may ask for an autograph though.

That would certainly be surreal! I'd probably just stare and say, "Are you lost?" LOL! And then I'd worry about how my house wasn't too clean that day! LOL!

Well, I guess I am an odd duck, because I dont look up to movie stars or singers like some people do. Most of them lives questionable lives and I really wouldnt want to be around them in person. I tend to find my hero's closer to home. My hero is my husband. He is my best friend and I would much rather spend time with him than any celebrity out there. So to answer your question. I would not pass out, nor would I kiss them. I may ask for autograph but other than that I would not be excited at all. See I told you I was an odd duck. lol

I think that I would be completely shocked if my favorite celebrity were to show up at my door. I would have a stunned look. :-) You have good reasons not to look up to many of them since some of them are always getting into trouble or causing some kind of controversy.

I'd be happy to meet them in person, and be as nice to them as I would any other person or friend, but I am not all goo-goo, ga-ga over celebrities. They have some pretty mixed up lives and even the actresses whose movies I admire have personal lives I don't think I should emulate.

I would definitely ask for an autograph or maybe even have my picture taken with him or her. Offering them something to drink or to come in would be a good and polite thing to do.

I'd probably be shell shocked if my favourite celebrity turned up at my door. Partly, because I'd be so confused as to why they were there! I like to think that I would just treat them like a normal person, but it would be hard. I'm thinking of Johnny Depp in particular, (although there are many other people that could come under the heading of 'one of my favourite celebrities), and so it would be difficult to seperate him from some of his characters.

I would be thrilled if either Robbin Williams or Bill Cosby showed up at my door. I would hug and kiss them and invite them in. I would serve refreshments and ask them to sit down so we could talk. I know they are people but to me it just would be a honor to have them there.

mmmm Johnny Depp... I would defently ask him if he wanted to come in, and then I would have to ask him if there would ever be a chance that a if a guy like him could ever love a girl like me.... If he said no, swallow my pride and ask him if he needed to use the phone... I really don't think he would stay long to take things slower :PPP
