suggest best charity project... realistic one?

can you please suggest a project that are realistic to achieve aside from the feeding program that we now have. It concern about out adopt a school program in coordination with a non government group.

This summer, I am planning to conduct a remedial English class for HghSchool students who are not doing so good in English, I will start with our former househelp and her friends (which is around 10 15-year olds). My mom will cover the expenses for the materials we might need And for the snacks. I will conduct it myelf for free. Just a charity project in support of our foundation.
