i would indeed want to upgrade to vista but my system thinks otherwise...the configuration they're asking for is simply too much! dunno about the release date.

I'm still undecided... in my opinion the Aero theme looks great and Vista itself has the "new = better" bonus. But it also has such high system requirements that I'm afraid of my system getting slower. So I will read some reviews when it's out and then decide.
