Filipinos: HELP!!

Hello!! I just want to ask for help. I saw some member's avatar (picture) with "star" on top of it. What's that? Does anyone from the Philippines received any payments from mylot? Thru where? I can't seem to secure a paypal account because it's not available in our country as per what I've read on Paypal's website. What should I use? Please help. Thanks =)

The star shows the rating of a myLot user WITH a minimum of 100 posts. So as soon as you reach your 100th post, you will also see your own star. 10 is the highest.
I have read of testimonials from some Filipinos like us who have received their first myLot payment. Im quite new here and I just have $4 at the moment so I still cannot get my money. The minimum payout in myLot is $10.00.
Do not sign up for Paypal since it is not yet available here in the Philippines. For us, we use E-gold. Visit www.e-gold.com and sign up there. Then, when we accumulate enough earnings there, we can sell the gold thru our local pinoygoldexchange which will transfer the money to the bank or globe, i think.
