allopathy or homoeopathy?

which is the better form of treatment-ALLOPATHY or HOMOEOPATHY? I do believe a lot in both. homoepathy doesn't have any side effects, but it works very slow. allopathy is more handy in emergencies. What do u say?

i feel it depends on person to person and his body adaptiveness.
