Based on my experience & working with female engineers I believe that they are more sincere than male engineers. I see this as a positive approach towards job. I dont see any reason to disallow them........Its totally unthinkable.

Do U want to say engineering is only for boys. but I don't think so.there are so many lady graduate engineers working in different field with good reputation. In my company so many lady graduate engineer perform their job with utmost sincerity with perfect degree of accuracy. If women are allowed to serve in military why not in engineering?

women are allowed, and they ought to be!
sometimes, women find solutions to problems that men wouldn't think of.
besides, male and females are the same. except that their biological functions differ.

of course, why not? i'm an engineer and im a woman.. that's an old notion that women cannot do what men can do, ( with regards to education). now there are a lot of women taking these professions and some excel more that men. if a school dont allow female students giving engineering courses, well that's discrimination..
