Food is a very important matter these days, how and what our children eat today is a very heavy factor for their health and growth, but do you think this will also determin their future food habits as grown ups?

I think when children grow up their tastes also change as per environment in which they live. The item which they do not like in the childhood, sometimes they like later on. But basic tastes like passion for sweets or hot stuff may not change.

Of course! At home, we mostly eat salads and light stuff, which is what I crave for when I'm away. Especially in a country like England where all the food is incredibly fat. I can't always eat what I want to, but I try to eat the most like at home, because I miss it and because it's what I think is best. You should have your kids eat properly from the start so that they get accustomed to it, in my opinion.
