what do you think of these superstars in Korea and Japan

we can see a lot superstars in Korea and Japan , most of them are very nice,and very young,especially in Japan,most of these actors begin their acting career at an age around 12 or 13,it is called " golden egg principle",and when these actors' age reach 30,then they should consider of retiring.Do you ever seen this kind of thing in your country,what do you think of this?
