How to become top raters in myLot?

All time Top raters in myLot - msgtech ssh123 margieanheart rolcam kutchi SunSix..... I thought at first that one with max. friends can earn a lot and his rating will increase. But it was wrong. Only "msgtech" has got more friends (2800) in the toppers list. But ssh123 has only 18 friends, still he is in top 3. How many hours these people are spending infront of the computer for creating and responding for discussions. I wanna to know the details. . Toppers please reveal the secrets behind your effort.
