please avoid giving births to children

Hi, If u have the confidence that u can help in growing a child by giving good food, knowledge and education and other stuffs, then give birth to children. Otherwise don't. I hate parents who is responsible for increasing population, not only that not giving proper guidance to their childrens. Kindly give ur suggestions on this development.
