when my daughter was still in the womb we found 2 choroid plexus cyst in her brain. This was very concerning but all was well in the end. They think they may be linked to down syndrome. We believe that most babies might actually have them, and it is just now that our technology is so much better we are just starting to see them now. So dont be too worried if this pops up in your pregnancy. There are many who are born with them or they go away before birth.
