the sonnambulism is a disease of the sleep that lead the person to complete actions like walking eating ,or to be seated on the bed while it is still sleeping without therefore becoming aware.Of usual it happens at the beginning of the night during the phase NREM (no REM phase). Is not simple to wake-up a sonnambul, in case that happens the persone can be very confused and unable to understand the situation.I'm a sonnambul and when I was child I've more cases of sonnamulism, now they're not so frequently and are associated to very stressed days.Do you know people that are sonnambulist?

Yes it's a disease but it's a friendly one. I had seen before for many times cases like this on movies and all looks so funny. I can't stop laughing while writhing this response but forgive me, and don't worry every thing will be ok.

Yeah sometime it's so funny but not when I fall down my bed or when I bump in to the wall ....

My Dear friend, I'm so sorry I feel it now but for you to know, every thing from good to us is a test. and may be someday you'll have the permanent cure for that.

That sounds very similar to what I do. Although Ive never sought help for it, Im quite known to get up and raid the fridge, find myself in the lounge instead of bed, sit at the end of the bed and Ive even woken up in the back seat of the car. Scary at times but Im used to it as Ive done it all my life. My son sleep walks, but Im not too sure if this condition would include him. I always seem to waken when he does go for a walk so Im not too sure what he'd do if I left him to wonder off, other than into the lounge to sleep on the counch of course.
