Image goof ups

I've had this happen a few times on me and thought I'd see if anyone else had. I've uploaded images to my interest section without a problem but then I go over to post something and the last image I uploaded shows up with that post. It doesn't happen all the time, just now and then.So here is this post on say migraines and with it is an image from Stargate, that makes a lot of sense there doesn't it? I didn't upload it then but it's still there. I can't remove it since it's already posted, oh and images don't show up in the preview so forget that option, and now it's there for everyone to see and really wonder about my mental thinking. Now I always check after I post to make sure the post shows in the thread so I have spotted these out of place images. When this happens I will make a comment letting people know but it still looks strange. Has anyone else had this happen to them or is it me that the internet likes to mess with?
