Yes eating an apple a day and also incorporating and maintaing a healthy lifestyle may possibly keep the doctor away. Not only eating an apple but eating an assortment of fruits and vegetables everyday is healthy and nutrious for everyone. So eat your apple and other fruits and veggie to keep the body healthy.

yes. fruits and veggies as we all know are good for our body. it just take discipline to incorporate it in our regular eating habit.

No .. It does not... But it will help you cure lot of diseases that start from stomach.. With the carbohydrates and fiber it has, it will give you lot of energy which you wont get by drinking Red Bull... It will surely keep the general physician away but not the specialist doctors... :)

agreed. apple has more nutrients compared to the junk that regular people take from the fast food.
