Selling Breastmilk

I used to know a lady that used to sell her breastmilk. She would breastfeed her kids up to the age of 4, just to keep her milk going. She would then have male customers come along and she would breastfeed them also. She even put a second doorbell up so her male customers would use that doorbell, then she would know if it was a normal customer or one of her regular customers. I can't believe people would pay to be breastfed. I don't have anything to do with this lady anymore, as I felt this wasn't right, especially when there were kids at home while she was doing it. Has anyone else heard of things like this?
