Do you still buy CDs, or do you think this is oldfashioned? If you download music do you pay for it, or just download for free?

It all depends on the music. If it is an artist and I like several of the songs on an album, I will buy the CD. If I only like 1 or 2 songs, I will download it and pay for it at iTunes. I used to download a lot of music from file-sharing sites like LimeWire, Bearshare, and Kaaza, but I got sick of corrupt files, computer viruses and worms, and spyware. Besides, I prefer to go the legal route; the songs are only 99 cents each, so who couldn't afford that?

I buy quite a few CDs. I think this is a good way to support new artists. Sometimes I download music and pay for it - usually if i just want the one song. I have also downloaded music without paying.
